PART-TIME ADMINISTRATION, CORPORATE PARTNERSHIP OFFICER

About us: The EAA is a not-for-profit charity and has been operating in Brisbane, Australia for 25 years providing vital community support in addition to health professional and patient education resources for the management and treatment of eczema. We collaborate with many different companies, healthcare providers, patients and support organisations on various platforms to increase awareness of our services and advocate for sufferers on the wide range of issues associated with eczema. We have a small, friendly and progressive staff team, but we would like to grow and expand even further – we are opening a part-time position for an administration officer in corporate support.

The role: General administrative position in the health sector to support our existing team and manage business deliverables for our corporate partners based on their entitlements.

The role will include: General office administration tasks, collating and drafting information into appropriate reporting formats, coordinating meetings, appointments, presentations and documents for team members and external clientele, contacting targeted companies and consulting with a wide range of stakeholders including; members of the public, marketing executives, financial agencies, health organisations and suppliers to develop business relationships, handle contracts and build on our existing working relationships.

The position will start out at 15 hours per week, ideally spread over 3 days per week, in our office based in Cleveland QLD 4163, with view to hours increasing in the next 6 months’ time, depending on performance outcomes.

Role support, guidance and supervision is provided. A clerical award rate of pay will apply and the role will also involve a probation period.
